Why Full-Spectrum 720W LED Grow Lights Cannot Exceed 2.7 μmol/J Efficiency

A full-spectrum LED grow light emitting 720 watts cannot realistically achieve an efficiency above 2.7 μmol/J. Since full-spectrum lights combine red, blue, and white LEDs to mimic natural sunlight, the inclusion of less efficient blue and white LEDs lowers the total efficiency.
