The Smart Controller Platinum With Touch Screen For LED, CMH, LEC, HPS allows you to control platinum fixtures and platinum LEDS offering maximum control, ease of use, ease of installation and the security of plug and play wiring. Simply connect the wires from the controller to the ballasts with the RJ14 cable (see diagram), set the ballast selectors on the ballasts to EXT (external control), connect the controller and the ballasts directly to the mains and you are ready to go.

Two very important features are the autodim function and emergency stop. When the temperature in the growing space rises beyond the level selected in the climate control of your crop, the crop can be damaged without the possibility of recovery. The temperature probe detects this and will automatically dim the lights so as not to exceed the selected temperature. If for any reason your climate control fails completely and the temperature rises to unacceptable levels the system will perform an emergency shutdown of all connected equipment. With the platinum master controller you can control 2 rooms in portal C you can connect 80 lights and in portal F another 80 lights controlling a total of 160 lights for each smart controller.

The controller can turn all connected ballasts on and off with its internal clock, adjust them to your required output level (in percentage or exact power output) and even simulate sunrise and sunset to gradually adjust the climate in your greenhouse when your lights are turned on or off. The smart control platinum has the option to change the spectrum of the platinum led panels having 3 options 1 for germination 2 for growth and 3 for flowering. This electronic controller replaces lighting timers and contactors while avoiding peak starting current when switching on the lights.
